Evergreen Billing clients may chose to use Evergreen's billing services on a guaranteed performance basis. This system rewards Evergreen Billing for exceeding pre-specific payment goals and penalizes us if we fail to achieve those goals.

A base contingency fee is proposed as the rate charged on all proceeds received and is based on an expected payments calculated from payer mix, account dollar volume and average age of submissions. All accounts entered under a single submission date are considered a "batch." The calculated expected recovery is established as the base recovery percentage baseline for recovery performance on a 12-month basis.

If actual per batch payments exceed the base recovery percentage at 12-months aging, a premium ranging from 0.5% to 3.0 percent will be given to Evergreen Billing. On the other hand if Evergreen Billing fails to exceed the base recovery percentage, a performance penalty of between 0.5% and 2.0% will be assessed.
